It's for everyone! Seriously, you don't have to twist yourself into a human pretzel to gain the benefits of yoga. Yoga has a rich and long history (which you can find out more about just by Googling, below is a really brief history).

Why do I do it?
I suffer from chronic pain and various mental health issues. The meditation and stretches help me both mentally and physically, and have helped me find my spiritual center. My doctor originally suggested I try light yoga stretches to help with my chronic pain, and I've found it helps a lot. I'm still in a lot of pain, but I've had less pain-related hospital visits since starting my routine.
