Diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002, Anna Vocino struggled to manage the effects of autoimmune disease and middle age weight gain while still being able to eat delicious and satisfying foods. In 2012, she started podcasting with Vinnie Tortorich and changed her way of eating to not only be gluten free, but also grain and sugar free. A brilliant cookbook. Although I haven't had a chance to check out her first cookbook, I'm genuinely impressed with Vocino's recipes. They're easy to follow, delicious, and healthy. As someone who has had to cut down on their gluten for medical reasons, it was refreshing to find such a great collection of recipes.
