Check It Out: It's Only Make Believe

It's Only Make Believe by J.S. Jack
Supernatural Horror & Suspense

1985, West Virginia.

Following several mysterious events and disappearances, Graceland Johns, 11 years old, joins forces with her leukemia-stricken best friend, Robby “Super Sleuth” Lee, to get to the bottom of a mystery that involves more than just the Sasquatch they set out to find. With a disastrous storm approaching, their discoveries will lead to a shocking revelation that could change everything they believe in. Set against the backdrop of the Appalachian wilderness, the troubles may threaten the very life and soul of their withered coal town.

With a mysterious beast, a brutal sheriff, and a psychotic child molester on the loose, will they solve the mystery that plagues their tiny hamlet before it is too late, and before Robby runs out of time?

It's Only Make Believe will give you chills. I love horror. Well, I love good horror. This, this is definitely good horror. There's just something so primal about it that kind of hits at your inner child that still wonders about things that go bump in the night...and whether the monsters that lurk are all human... Not for everyone, but if you're looking for something to cozy up with on a dark and stormy night that isn't as comforting as your warm blanket, then this is what you're looking for.
