Poetry for Lovers and Haters is short but enjoyable. Each piece varies in tone, and although it’s not a large anthology, I still recommend it for a quick read. Megan manages to convey a range of emotions in poems of varying length.

Megan The Poet grew up in chaos [otherwise known as a house in South Wales, shared with six siblings]. Escape came from reading, and so she continued to pursue an education with as many imaginary worlds as possible.

Proudly graduating from Aberystwyth University with a 2:1 in English Literature and currently on track for a Distinction in her Creative Writing and Publishing MA, she is mighty pleased with herself.

Poetry has always been a labour of love for Megan, and she hopes her debut collection Poetry for Lovers and Haters inspires her to write and publish more of her work whilst searching for a life of employment and living alone (despite the noise and mess of her family filled home, she remains in love with most of them).
