effort to sway Joseph’s affections her way before he can marry
Rebekah. Still, Rebekah agrees to journey with Joseph and her
brother, Peter, from Gasthof Village, Indiana to New York City in an
attempt to locate Katie and hopefully bring her home. However, as
Rebekah already knows, whenever the Englischer world is involved,
nothing is plain and simple.

Rebekah’s Dress is heartwarming. First, I did not get through the first book just to have Rebekah and Joseph’s happy ending interrupted. I was a little torn – on the one hand I would feel horrible if something did happen to Katie (but really can’t she find someone else, Joseph’s heart is obviously spoken for)! On the other hand, if this is a stunt to try and sway Joseph then really it would be her own fault…but I digress. This was a beautiful continuation of Rebekah’s story, and while I won’t ruin it, let’s just say you’ll quickly lose yourself turning the pages of this sweet romance.

Rebekah’s Quilt is a sweet story. I smiled, I teared up, and I really enjoyed this story. It’s so easy to get attached to Rebekah, she has such a kind heart. Although there is some intrigue (the English visitor), the day-to-day of the story itself will keep you captivated. If you like clean historical romances, you’re going to love this book.
