Ok, how can you read that blurb and *not* want to read this? If you’re at all familiar with a certain legend, you’ll recognize some of those names. As a fan of Arthurian legend, I could not wait to dive in and see what happens when you cross legends with the modern world. Mattias did an excellent job of mixing magic and mystery into one unforgettable story. Whether you enjoy detective stories or fantasy or are a fan of Arthurian legend, you’re going to find this book an enjoyable read that will captivate your imagination and take you on the adventure of a lifetime.
Anne Mattias is a British novelist. She tried writing her first novel at the age of eight, but the draft was sucked into another world when a portal opened in her great-grandmother’s haunted cellar. She does much of her writing on her phone while commuting to and from a London office. When she isn’t making up worlds of her own, she enjoys running away from zombies, laughing at eighties movies with her brother, reading fantasy and mystery novels, and catching the latest musical theatre shows. She is very fond of cake, cats, and science.
