If you enjoy steamy gothic romances, you’re going to fall head over heels for this collection. The characters are unforgettable, and you’ll find it hard to pick a favorite. These weren’t just spicy historical romances, there is plenty of suspense and twists woven into the plot, making this the perfect blending of gothic and romance. I loved curling up with a nice glass of iced tea or wine and diving into each story. (Although I wanted to read all of them in one sitting, I wasn’t able to). I’d definitely recommend this to gothic fiction readers who would like to try out some romance books, or romance lovers who want to walk a little on the darker side.
