Jerry the Squirrel: Volume Two
by Shawn P. B. Robinson

Jerry is a Squirrel. Jerry is also an inventor… quite a good one, as a matter of fact. He can design and build just about anything. The problem is, Jerry’s inventions rarely work the way he wants them to work.

Join Jerry in this second Volume of ten stories, featuring classic tales such as, Flying Squirrel, Tunnel Friends, The Squirrel Who Cried Hawk and Landmines! (NOTE: by “classic” I mean “recently written”)

These stories are sure to grab your attention and hold it for… at least the time it takes to read ten stories!

5 out of 5 fairies

This was such a fun collection of stories and adventures. The characters are great, and Jerry’s inventions were interesting. Each story is relatively short, and perfectly geared for younger readers. (Think early middle grade level). These would also be fun for parents to read to little ones, a story before bed to help them fall asleep with giggles and smiles. Overall a cute and quirky collection that’s sure to make you laugh at least a little.

Shawn P. B. Robinson hails from the Great White North, and he suspects his dislike of cold and snow is part of what drives him to immerse himself in other worlds. Whether he’s writing epic fantasy or middle-grade humor, he passionately pours his heart into his writing, seeking to create characters that we can all relate to and stories that engage the heart and soul.

In Shawn’s early 40s, he contracted a viral infection in his brain (encephalitis) which left him unable to work a normal job, but able to write when he has energy. In the midst of such loss, Shawn’s family, faith, and writing have brought joy to his heart and continue to motivate him.

Shawn continues to make his home in SW Ontario with his beautiful wife, two sons, and three goldfish.
