5 out of 5 fairies
This is a book I wish I’d had as a teenager, and it has the potential to help so many. Being a teen is rough – even more so in today’s technologically saturated world, where you’re constantly connected. I remember dealing with so much anxiety, and not handling stress well as a teen. There’s so much going on, increased responsibilities, raging hormones, and preparing to be an adult. It would’ve helped a lot if I had something that was as accessible and easy to read as this that could help me. The included exercises are brilliant, and perfect to recognize thought patterns and try to adjust negative ones. I definitely recommend using this in combination with therapy, but even on its own it would be very useful. Highly recommend for teens everywhere, even if they don’t seem like they’re struggling at the moment. It’s a great way to help set them up for success later in life.
