Easily the best installment yet, and one that will have you hooked from the start! I will warn you, if you don’t read the first two books, you’re going to be VERY lost. There is so much character building and evolution, and there are events referenced from earlier installments. Parque’s writing has also evolved and improved, and this story flows smoothly with more natural dialogue. I honestly can’t believe it’s the end of the trilogy! The story moves at a decent clip, and there’s rarely a dull moment within these pages. Parque has done an excellent job of bringing the action scenes to life, and it’ll get your heart racing. The characters stay true to themselves even though they’ve grown and changed since we first met them, the changes are all organic, and don’t feel forced for the plot. I enjoyed every moment of reading this, and I look forward to seeing what’s coming next from her, even if it’s a new series!
Paityn Parque lives in Puyallup, Washington, where she spends most of her time gaming and writing. She plays competitive volleyball actively, and when she’s not practicing, she finds time for her friends and family. She lives with her older sister, an idiotic dog, and her parents.
