A captivating new installment in the series, that will grab you from the opening and not let go until the end. Things were going so well for Giada and Luca, and Adrian has moved on, finding a love interest of his own. Of course, when you’re mixed up with the mob, peace doesn’t last long. Malloy does an amazing job of bringing the story to life right before your eyes, characters, setting, and all. I won’t give any spoilers, but I loved the tension that was brought not just by the threat to Giada’s life, but wondering if she’d ever remember Luca as something other than an adversary.
